Legal Policy
All participants and guests of participants shall be bound by the following Legal Policy when participating in any Bullseye Pistol LLC course or event. Participants understand that firearms have an inherent danger and are given notice of this Legal Policy upon registering for any course.

Release of Liability
In consideration for receiving permission to participate in Bullseye Pistol Training LLC course, participants hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bullseye Pistol Training LLC, its employees, agents, servants, or employees (hereinafter referred to as releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by said participant, or any of the property belonging to said participant, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise, while participating in such activity, or while in, on, or upon the premises where the activity is being conducted.

Participants acknowledge that they are fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with participating in a Bullseye Pistol Training LLC course, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, damage to property, and/or death, and hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to themselves or their property. Participants voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained, or any loss or damage to property, as a result of being engaged in such an activity, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise.

Participants understand that as a result of their voluntary participation in any Bullseye Pistol Training LLC course, they may be exposed to disturbing and upsetting images, videos, scenarios, and subject matter that may include but is not limited to human injury, videos of shootings, and death.

Participants further hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs, medical costs, and attorney fees, that they may incur due to their participation in said activity, whether caused by negligence of releasees or otherwise.

Participants understand that Bullseye Pistol Training LLC and its employees do not maintain any insurance policy covering any circumstance arising from  participation in courses or any activity associated with or facilitating that participation. As such, participants are aware that they should review their personal insurance portfolio.

Participants express intent that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of their families and spouse, if participant is alive, and his/her heirs, assigns and personal representative, if participant is deceased, and shall be deemed as a release, waiver, discharge, and covenant not to sue the above-named releasees. Participants hereby further agree that this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.

Additional Release
In addition to the preceding Release of Liability, all students must complete and sign a Release of Liability stating that they understand and agree to the preceding terms. This signed Release of Liability is automatically available after registering for any Bullseye Pistol Training LLC course and is found in My Account under the Downloads tab.
